About the role
The Senior Lifestyle Support Worker delivers programs for older adults and people with disabilities. The role oversees the design and delivery of activities that support client goals and foster community connection.
The position is based in East Keilor, with daily travel to Carlton to support program delivery, including transporting clients. There may be flexibility for the role to commence and conclude the workday in Carlton, subject to negotiation.

Your duties include:
- Program planning, facilitating and developing individual and group activities
- Participant transport, including driving the centre car and minibus
- Provide assistance with preparing and serving meals, toileting and hygiene
- Support participants and carers to work towards achieving their individual goal directed care plans

Our ideal candidate:
- Minimum Certificate 4 in Leisure and Health or equivalent
- Current Level 2 First Aid certificate, including CPR, or willingness to complete
- Willingness to drive a bus / van daily for participant transport
- Strong belief and personal alignment in cohealth Values and Mission
